These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cotton Valley Roots website and your purchase our use of products and services offered by Cotton Valley Roots, LLC.
By accessing our website, submitting an Herbal Care intake, or purchasing from Cotton Valley Roots, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or participate in Herbal Care through Cotton Valley Roots.
By placing an order or submitting an Herbal Care intake, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Our Offerings
Cotton Valley Roots offers herbal and botanical products, ritual offerings, personalized Herbal Care, educational information, and related goods and services.
Products and services may be changed, discontinued, updated, or made temporarily unavailable at our discretion.
Availability may be limited because many offerings are handcrafted or prepared in small batches.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products and offerings accurately.
Because herbs, botanicals, handmade preparations, colors, textures, scents, and other natural materials may vary, individual products may differ slightly from photographs or prior batches.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information, directions, warnings, and other product information before use.
Health-Related Information
Information provided by Cotton Valley Roots is intended for general wellness, educational, and informational purposes and is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
Use of Cotton Valley Roots products or services does not create a physician-patient relationship or replace care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
We may cancel or decline an order when necessary due to product availability, payment issues, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, legal or safety considerations, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no applicable product or service has been provided, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed when applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before fulfilling an affected order.
Herbal Care
Herbal Care is an email-based personalized herbal service offered in limited capacity.
Submitting an Herbal Care intake does not guarantee that Cotton Valley Roots will create or recommend a personalized remedy.
We may determine that a request falls outside the scope of what we can responsibly support.
Herbal Care Consultation
The Herbal Care Consultation fee is $100.
There is no charge to submit an Herbal Care intake. Cotton Valley Roots conducts a preliminary review of intake submissions to determine whether the requested support falls within the scope of our Herbal Care services.
If a request is accepted, the client will receive an invoice for the $100 Herbal Care Consultation.
The consultation fee compensates Cotton Valley Roots for the individualized consultation, review, research, professional time, and discernment involved in considering the client's needs and developing an herbal recommendation.
The consultation fee is separate from the cost of any personalized herbal remedy and is not credited toward the purchase of medicine.
Once consultation work has begun, the consultation fee is non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Personalized Herbal Remedies
If personalized medicine is recommended following a consultation, the client will receive information regarding the preparation, total price, and estimated preparation timeline before deciding whether to purchase the remedy.
Pricing for personalized remedies includes the individualized formulation, ingredients, materials, and preparation required for the client's medicine.
Clients are not required to purchase a recommended remedy.
Custom remedies must be paid for in full before preparation begins.
Spiritual Practice
Cotton Valley Roots is rooted in spiritual herbalism and ancestral practice. Our process may include prayer, intention, spiritual discernment, intuition, and other elements of our spiritual practice.
These practices are part of how Cotton Valley Roots approaches its work. They are not representations of medical diagnosis, guaranteed spiritual outcomes, or guaranteed results.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, original photographs, product names, original formulations as expressed in proprietary written materials, graphics, branding, educational materials, ritual materials, guides, and other original content appearing on the Cotton Valley Roots website are owned by or licensed to Cotton Valley Roots, LLC.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our content in violation of intellectual property rights.
